Boring Ts & Cs:

Items are mostly vintage and have previously been owned, worn and loved. We try our absolute hardest to photograph and detail any flaws in items, however some very small flaws may be missed.

Due to the nature of vintage garments/items, they may be liable to rip, break or become faulty with wear/use. This is at the risk of the buyer. We ensure all items are functional and detailed clearly at time of listing.

It is vital you check measurements of items before purchasing as measurements may not truly reflect the tagged size or a brand’s current measurements/fits.

POSTAGE:

All items are sent by Royal Mail services. All items will require a signature on delivery.

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK. 7-10 within Europe. 10-14 days for the rest of the world. Each country can vary so please be patient, we provide tracking details on request via email, not Instagram or other social media platforms. We try to be as fast as we can when dispatching orders but certain periods are busier than others and certain countries take longer when processing items through customs.

If you miss delivery, it is your responsibility to collect from your local sorting office or arrange redelivery. If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you and arrange for you to pay postage for redelivery.

We accept no liability for items after they have been posted.

Our P&P cost factors in biodegradable postage bags. Please reuse or dispose of them sensibly in an attempt to reduce landfill waste.

RETURNS:

If you do need to return an item, please get in touch ASAP. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase. To process a refund, returned items must arrive back unworn and exactly as they were when posted. Please ensure item is folded and packaged to a similar standard it was received in.

When returning items please use a signed for/recorded service. Return postage is to be paid for by buyer.

All sales in our physical shops @ Gabriel’s Wharf & Vinegar Yard are final, returns/exchanges will not be taken.

DO NOT send any returns or post to Vinegar Yard. We do not receive any post at this address, we do not have a point of delivery.
